  • Return Policy

All returns or exchanges MUST be for damaged products ONLY. Credits/Refunds/ or Exchanges will be processed for damaged goods ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns or exchanges that are not for a damaged item will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges not accepted: Any item which is not a damaged item, Personalized items, custom items, worn clothing, used items, special order items, luggage, clearance items and gift certificate purchases. We do not warranty wear and tear.

Acceptable Return Period: Returns or exchanges must be made within our return period. Unopened items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. If items are returned after that time frame, it will not be accepted. Items must be in original product packaging; not worn or used to be returned. Items returned after our acceptable return period, returned out of original packaging, or used; no refund or exchange will be granted. Requests for returns after the return period will not be accepted. If an item is to be returned for any other reason other then damaged or defective, there is a 20% restocking fee charged. We are not responsible for customer ordering; wrong color, size, pattern, design, lettering, or for customer not liking the product which they have ordered and received, etc. as descriptions/sizes and pictures of all items offered are available on the store site at the time of purchase for customers to review and to make their choices from.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item damaged or defective, notify us immediately of receiving the item. A picture or the damage should be included with your communication. Damaged items will be issued an exchange only. We are not responsible for wear and tear of any items. A damaged item is one that is delivered defective or is defective within 10 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for any additional charges for returning a product. Any customer returning merchandise will be responsible to pay for shipping to return or exchange products. We do not refund shipping charges or fees to return products to us. Once we receive your merchandise, we will send you your replacement product with no shipping fees. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable. Exchanges / replacements will be processed upon receipt of the defective item. We do not processes returns or exchanges after our time frame. We do not warranty wear and tear. Items returned to us by other coountries' customes or Postal Departments - A refund will be issued MINUS the total shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
